Maybe not, but I'm thinking that's what you mean. Anyone arrested in the U.S. is assigned one. It doesn't mean the FBI is tracking you, or has a detailed file on you, it's just a number used for statistical data collection purposes. If you have an actual FBI file, you have somewhat larger issues to worry about.
